We offer 12 months warranty on all of our brand new products, including E-Bikes and Shelters.
We pride ourselves in our aftersales care and support, so if anything does go wrong you have the reassurance that we'll get it sorted for you.
Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months.
This does not include wear and tear through normal use. (ie. brake pads, punctures etc.)
This does not cover the product where fault is due to misuse, abuse, use in contravention of the instructions, or where the product has been subject of unauthorised modifications or alterations.
In the event of a problem with the product within the guarantee period please contact us.
If you've had the product for up to 1 year, we'll repair the product or, if that's not possible, give you a replacement or, if that's not possible, a refund or partial refund depending on use.
In any instance, we will always endeavor to make things right for you even if a purchase is out of your warranty period.
We keep stock of spare parts for most items and are happy to provide these on request.
