We offer 12 months warranty on all of our products sold as Brand New.
For products that are listed as reconditioned, please refer to the individual listing for warranty information.
Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects only for a period of 12 months.
For Electric Bikes, this does not include wear and tear and serviceable parts worn through normal use. (ie. brake pads, punctures etc.)
Whilst our shelters are advertised as being “weatherproof” the Manufacturers and Suppliers Warranty does not include extreme weather conditions such as wind forces approaching gale strength, torrential rain, hail, ice or storm damage or any damage incurred from external forces such as animal, tree or branch strikes or damage to the covers as a result of chafing or striking against any object.
Extreme weather conditions includes Yellow, Amber or Red weather warnings as issued by the Met Office.
It is solely the responsibility of the user to ensure shelters are securely protected from or dismantled prior to the event of such phenomena occurring.
Our warranty does not cover the product where fault is due to misuse, abuse, use in contravention of the instructions, or where the product has been subject of unauthorised modifications or alterations.
In the event of a problem with the product within the guarantee period please contact us.
If you've had the product for up to 1 year, we'll repair the product or, if that's not possible, give you a replacement or, if that's not possible, a refund or partial refund depending on use.
In any instance, we will always endeavor to make things right for you even if a purchase is out of your warranty period.
We keep stock of spare parts for most items and are happy to provide these on request.
