All items purchased off the Depot2U website are delivered free of charge* (UK Mainland Only)

Large items (over 30kg) will be sent on a pallet using Station Couriers via the Pallet Network. We will call you to confirm a suitable delivery date. Delivery times may vary.

Please ask for delivery charge if based in these areas BEFORE purchasing.

For deliveries to Ireland and Worldwide, additional postage will be charged BEFORE your order is shipped.

Please contact us for a quote before ordering.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders on the same working day, as long as we receive the order before midday.

*These postcode areas will incur an additional delivery charge for pallets:

KW1-17, PA20+, IV, KA27-28, AB10-56, PH, DD, KY, HS, ZE, JE, GY, IOW, PO30-41, IM, BT.

Some of our goods are either on a pallet or in large crates. Please ensure your vehicle is suitable for collecting first.

Payment

Payment can be made securely during checkout via Debit / Credit Card or PayPal, which accepts all major credit and debit cards.

Please ensure your billing address matches the address registered to the card you intend to use or payment will fail.

No PayPal account is necessary for checkout.

We do not store any card information.

Orders will not be shipped until full payment has been confirmed.
