Consumer Returns & Refunds (Online Purchases)

At Depot2U, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are a consumer (B2C) buying online, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.

Your right to cancel (change of mind)

You can cancel your order within 14 days of the day after you receive your goods.

To cancel, please contact us by email or telephone with your order number and confirmation that you wish to cancel.

Returning your goods

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.

Returned goods must be:

• unused (as new)

• in their original packaging

• in a condition suitable for resale

Refunds

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back if the above conditions are met, or receiving evidence that you have sent them back (whichever is earlier).

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Where applicable, we will also refund the cost of standard delivery (if charged). Any premium delivery upgrades are non-refundable.

Return postage costs

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Deductions for handling

We may make a deduction of up to 50% from your refund if the goods have been handled more than necessary to inspect them (as you would in a shop) and this reduces their resale value.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please contact us as soon as possible with details and photos where available. Where goods are faulty or incorrect, we will arrange collection or reimburse reasonable return costs and offer a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

Made-to-order / personalised items

The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to goods that are made to your specification or clearly personalised, unless they are faulty or not as described.
