Returns and After Sales

Faulty goods delivered will be exchanged, however please ensure that the goods are thoroughly checked over before signing/receiving them.

Up on receiving your order, you have 2 days to contact us and inform us of any damage or missing items.

Goods that have been damaged due to incorrect use are non exchangeable and non returnable.
Goods that are being returned which are not faulty, need to be done so in their original condition, in their original unopened packaging, and in a condition of which is suitable for resale.

In order to accept a return, we must be notified within 7 working days of delivery by email.
We recommend insuring the goods up on return appropriately, as the goods remain the property of the customer until received by ourselves.

Payment will be refunded in full within 7 working days of receiving the item back (less any postage costs incurred)
